Hi, I am Tina. I am a Joy Ambassador on the Joy Sprinkle Trail. Allowing my joy to light up each next step on my journey… which has taken me from many years of traveling around Europe, the USA and Asia back to Australia, where I am currently residing in Perth.

I love supporting conscious coaches and healers on their transformational journey of embodying their authentic Self so as to express their unique radiance in all aspects of life, including a thriving business.

Now, how did I get here? What did it take for me to get off my BUT’s ( and off my butt)  to trust Source and let my life unfold in alignment with Divine agenda?

When things are falling apart and no matter what you do, nothing seems to shift… it may very well be time for a leap of faith.

What if you received an answer so miraculous that it blew your mind?
Let me share with you the story of how my name appeared on the hill.

In June 2008 I resigned from United Airlines after a 15 year career as a flight attendant and purser. During those years I had studied many different healing modalities and had acquired a Ph.D. in Healing Science. I had a coaching and healing practice combined with flying. The perfect lifestyle for me for many years.
Until April 2008, when during a night flight from the USA to Frankfurt, Germany, I was leaning over to hand a dinner tray to a passenger seated by the window and a muscle cramped in my back. The pain shot into my buttock and I thought: “Aaaargh, this is a pain in the butt!”

Then I heard a voice, loud and clear in my mind, saying: “If you think THIS is a pain in the butt, what is it going to take to get you OFF your butt to do what you came here to do?”

One of those defining moments in life. I knew it was time to let the flying and wonderful travel benefits go to fully stand in my alignment as the channel for the Divine I came here to be. It took quite some arguing from my egoic self to try and prevent me from going this route! Time to walk my talk and put the tools I had been trained in to full use for myself. Time to embrace the magnificence of my Divine spark of Oneness…

By the end of 2008, life was starting to look pretty bleak. Without a steady source of income I was seriously wondering how I could continue without a “real job”.

It was at this time that I shared with a friend that I wanted to return to Glastonbury at some time as I felt that I was being called. She had been wanting to go for a long time so we set a date and within a few days, we had a group of 12 to go the end of May 2009.

During the next few months I traveled around the world on tickets gifted to me by a friend and former colleague from United. What a treat to be traveling as a passenger in first class without the constant jetlag! I gave workshops in the USA and Singapore, teleclasses and coaching sessions via skype from Australia while spending quality time with my family.

Upon my return to the Netherlands I realized I had some important decisions to make. The overhead costs of my living expenses were starting to feel like a huge burden, yet how to find another apartment at a reasonable rent?
I sought support from the local government agency for small businesses to carry me through this transition time and while waiting for their reply, went to Glastonbury in the UK with my friends. With just over 100 euros left to my name, I just knew I had to go. Talk about a journey of faith!

I had a conversation with Spirit before leaving, asking ( well, more like demanding!) for a sign to let me know I was on the right track. I told them to better make it so obvious that I could not miss it!

When we arrived in Glastonbury, we settled into our cottages in the city centre, close to the Chalice Well Gardens. First thing in the morning, my two dearest friends and I went for a walk up to the Tor. At the base of the Tor, one of my friends turned around and looked at the Chalice Hill and soon after called us to look. There in the grass, in huge letters, was my name: TINA.

I was deeply moved and it took a while to sink in that I had received my sign! When asking people about this later, I was told people come to Glastonbury for the Glastonbury experience or the Avalon experience. Can you guess which mine was? The memories from Avalon have been returning ever since.

For those with eyes to see and ears to hear…

Since that defining moment my life underwent a complete transformation. I had quite a few “yes BUT’s” to release and dare say that I can now spot a BUT, no matter how small or big, a mile away.

I also know what it takes to really let go. The courage required to be willing to surrender, to let Source take over, to allow yourself to embody the Divinity that you are. I know how absolutely terrifying it can be when everything seems to fall apart and yet… I also know that when you do let go, you open up the space to BE who you truly are.

I also know how important it is to have support on this journey. To surround yourself with people who celebrate who you are. To find or create your own tribe.

For many years I thought I could do everything fine by myself, thank you very much. Gosh… that was so outdated and so very limiting. I celebrate the day that my mentor Nalini came into my life and the amazing tribes I have since found to receive support, to celebrate one another and to thrive together.

You are here to shine, like the bright star you are. Whatever BUT’s you have holding you back, I urge you to find the support you resonate with to get off your BUT’s and to express your higher purpose. Anything less than that simply will no longer do!

That deep inner calling, your passion, is here to ignite you on your path… not to burn you out. How do find it again? Ask yourself what makes your heart sing, what would be FUN for you, what brings you most alive?

What makes my heart sing?

When I see the sparkle in someone’s eyes as they remember the truth of who they are. When you allow yourself to experience how loved and cherished you are by your Divine Self then your life starts to reflect this back to you and everything changes. The doubts, limitations and fears melt away in the presence of your love… You are free to BE who you truly are.

Allowing the Source that flows through me to support you with this transformational process… that is what brings me the greatest joy.

I founded InnerDelight in 2005 with the vision of being a catalyst and initiator for global transformation by empowering as many people as possible to experience the joy from awakening their inner (de)light. I have a Ph.D. in Healing Science and am also qualified and experienced in many energy releasing techniques.

As joy ambassador on the Joy Sprinkle Trail, I am currently traveling around the world, letting joy guide me, interviewing others who are following the path of their heart and sharing what that means to them. As well as facilitating Joy Sprinkle Infusion alignments.
